Seeking Instructors for fun summer STEM Programs!

See opportunity below. Likely for college students but I bet if you’re a senior and interested, they’d talk to you 🙂

Project Exploration a Chicago-based nonprofit science education and youth development organization launched in 1999 to address the inequities in access to high-quality STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) opportunities in out-of-school time. Our mission is to create transformative learning opportunities for youth underrepresented in the sciences — particularly students of color and girls — by equipping them with the skills, practices, and mindset needed for a lifelong pursuit of learning.

This summer we are offering a free, eight week STEM Camp on the west side of Chicago! We are searching for 25 qualified instructors who are involved in STEM and love to work with kids. Candidates should be available to start working in late May through the middle of August. The position is seasonal with an option to continue during the next school year. Hourly wage, rates from $15-$20 per hour depending on experience for up to 25 hours per week. College students, recent college grads are welcomed!
